- Global Shipping: We proudly ship our elegant collections from Saudi Arabia to all countries worldwide via DHL/FedEx (7-14 business days).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Return Policy
We want you to love your Anaqa Fit purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return it under the following conditions:
- 14-Day Free Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, un-altered, and with all original tags attached.
- Shoes: Sneakers must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.
- Process: Contact support@anaqafit.com to initiate a return. We will provide a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
